What if my needs change later?
The site is built on a modular platform, so new pages or features can be added without starting from scratch. We can scope extra work at my standard hourly rate or as a new fixed-price mini-project.
Who owns the website after launch?
Once the final balance is paid, you receive full ownership of all design files, code, and assets.
What about long-term support and security?
Ongoing support and security are available through my basic management plan. If you’re enrolled, I take care of updates, backups, security monitoring, and I’m available to help whenever you need it. Without a management plan, I’m not able to work on your website or provide support. This ensures your site always gets the care and attention it needs.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes, you’ll have full access and can make changes to your site any time you like. However, if we’re working together on a long-term SEO or content strategy, it’s best to let me handle any updates or new content. This way, we avoid mistakes and make sure your website stays optimised for the best results.
What happens if I do not like the first design?
You get two full rounds of revisions included in the price. We refine until the site meets your brief, and extra rounds are available at an agreed hourly rate if needed.
Do I have to write the copy and supply images?
I handle the copywriting. Marketing content delivers the best results when written by a specialist. You simply provide the facts: details about your business, products, services, and any key selling points. I turn that information into clear, persuasive, SEO‑ready text.
For visuals, you will supply any photos or videos you want on the site. Original, personalised imagery always beats stock and gives your website real authenticity.
How long does the project take?
A typical local business site takes three to eight weeks from kick-off to launch, assuming feedback comes back within three business days at each stage. You get a detailed timeline before we start.
Can you guarantee first-page Google rankings?
No ethical designer can promise a specific position. I build every site with solid on-page SEO, fast loading, and clear local signals, which gives you the best possible foundation for ranking.
What is the payment schedule?
Fifty per cent is due when you approve the proposal, forty per cent on design sign-off, and the final ten per cent just before launch. This split keeps the project moving while protecting both sides.
How much will my website cost?
Websites start at $8,000. I’ll be honest, a cheap website built without proper research and a proper process will never do anything for your business, so I don’t build those. I build websites that bring results, and results are valuable, hence my pricing. It’s still a fraction of what a full agency would charge.
